I did some searching and I came to the conclusions that it must have height/dampening adjustable. you don't need that. but thats all you gain from coil overs. I need some feedback for those who has coilovers in their car. Oh, I don't have them cause they have very little purpose for 95% of us. If i had a true race car, i'd probably get them. Setting your coil preload and ride height is useful for race tracks.
